Industry Collaboration:

RWTA Supports Retail Show Australia 2026 as Official Supporting Partner

Recently, the Refrigerated Warehouse & Transport Association of Australia (RWTA) officially became the Official Supporting Partner of Retail Show Australia 2026 (RSA2026), with both parties entering into a cooperation agreement. Under this partnership, RWTA will provide industry endorsement and cold chain logistics resource support for the exhibition.

This collaboration is designed to strengthen links between Australia’s retail industry and the cold chain logistics sector through coordinated promotion across official platforms, EDM campaigns and social media channels. It also reflects RSA2026’s broader direction of building stronger cross-sector connections across the retail value chain.

Exhibition Overview

Retail Show Australia 2026 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 22 to 24 September 2026. On the RSA website, partner news stories are presented as strategic collaborations that add industry depth, broaden participation and strengthen the show’s role as a platform for connection across the retail ecosystem.

RWTA’s Role in the Partnership

As part of this cooperation, RWTA will support Retail Show Australia 2026 through a range of agreed promotional and industry engagement activities, including:

  • Promoting RSA2026 across its official platforms, including website, social media and industry newsletters
  • Releasing exhibition EDMs to Australian members and cold chain industry enterprises
  • Supporting themed social media content and participation reminders
  • Using its Official Supporting Partner status to promote industry communication and collaboration
  • Helping expand connections between retail businesses and cold chain logistics stakeholders

Strategic Significance of the Collaboration

The partnership between RSA and RWTA brings added professional depth to the exhibition by connecting retail with refrigerated warehousing, transport and cold chain logistics resources. According to the agreement, the purpose of the cooperation is to enhance the exhibition’s professional depth and industry influence, while promoting deeper integration and resource docking between the Australian retail industry and the cold chain logistics industry.

Through this collaboration, RSA2026 aims to provide more opportunities for exchange, visibility and business connection across a broader section of the industry. It also reinforces the exhibition’s position as a platform that supports practical collaboration between retailers and key supply chain sectors.

With RWTA’s support, Retail Show Australia 2026 will further strengthen its industry reach and create new opportunities for engagement between retail and cold chain logistics professionals ahead of the September event in Melbourne.
