Retail Show Australia 2026 confirms Microsoft as Strategic Partner for the Microsoft Innovation Hub

Retail Show Australia 2026 has confirmed Microsoft as a strategic partner, leading the development of the Microsoft Innovation Hub at the event.

Working alongside the organising team, Microsoft is shaping how startup and innovation companies are brought into the show and connected with retailers across the ANZ market.

Across ANZ, retailers are moving beyond pilots and starting to align around partners they trust to deliver at scale.

That alignment is already forming.
Retail Show Australia 2026 will take place in Melbourne from 22–24 September 2026.

AI & Innovation

AI is no longer experimental; it is becoming embedded in the retail operating model.

At Retail Show Australia, AI, cloud and emerging technologies are placed where they create real impact: within the decisions retailers are making about stores, supply chains, customer engagement and overall business performance.

With Microsoft as strategic partner, this focus goes beyond showcasing technology. It addresses one of the industry’s most practical challenges: how retailers move from pilots to scalable, commercially viable adoption.

Future Store Zone

The Future Store Zone is the flagship experiential feature of Retail Show Australia 2026. It is designed to show retailers how AI, data, automation, computer vision, smart shelves, frictionless checkout, loss prevention, store design and customer experience technologies work together in a live store environment.

The zone gives buyers a practical view of how next-generation solutions can reduce labour pressure, improve productivity, strengthen visibility and reshape the in-store experience.
